Meet The Team

Founder and CEO of Cottonwood Closing as of 2020, Jessica LaFair is the youngest owner of a Title Agency in Texas History. Although she is second generation in the title industry within her family, her official career began in 2008. She has a degree in Science and enjoyed competing in Extemporaneous Speaking when in school. Jessica LaFair is native to McKinney, Tx where her sons Noah and Jonah were also born and attend private Christian Schooling. As a family they enjoy living the country life outside the city limits.

Christopher O'Connor joined the Cottonwood Closing Team in 2021. His background consists of Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, and Notarization prior to beginning his career in Title. Currently Christopher manages the Houston operation of Cottonwood Closing and is the Head Escrow Officer in Houston.

Jeffrey Allen joined the Cottonwood Closing Team in 2021. His background consists of Oil and Gas Lease Examination, Real property Examination, and Real Estate prior to beginning his career in Title. Currently Jeff manages the Wholesale and Investor portfolio accounts for Cottonwood Closing and is the Manager for this division.

Nolan James joined the Cottonwood Closing Team in 2022. His background consists of being an Army MP, Master Technician, and Notary prior to beginning his career in Title. Currently Nolan manages the processing operations of Cottonwood Closing and is the Processing Manager.
